| Our client is looking for a Web Developer with one year’s development experience in a Commercial enviornment. Experience in HTML, XML, XSL, ASP(VBScript), CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, IIS. In addition experience of Livelink and SAP would be an advantage. You must have the ability to work with staff outside of the IT department guiding and supporting them through the development and implementation of WEB systems. You must have good communication skills and be educated to Degree level. You will work with the users to develop and implement applications using the company’s authorised technology and tools, ensuring quality and best practice are maintained. Provide Technical Support to applications working with other members of the IT team; where applicable ensure that other members of the IT team are aware of new system implementations to ensure that ongoing support is maintained. You should have with proven experience in either, training, business or teaching. Experience of preparing, managing and monitoring imaginative & innovate projects and/or work programmes that meet and exceed targets. You must be computer literate with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, have negotiation skills an experience of dispute/conflict resolution. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a broad range of individuals both orally and in writing. Working knowledge of local educational system (England, Scotland, Ireland) including key stages of the education curriculum. You will be responsible for the support and development, in all aspects of the Centres within a designated area. When running the classes you will be repsobile for Class Assistants. Responsible for the support, development and performance of a number of franchised Study Centres Instructors. Proactively manage and implement all aspects of centre development, ensuring that the centres in the area reach and maintain quality standards, maintain close working relationships with franchised Instructors and regularly visits all centres with the assigned area to provide timely and detailed management information, i.e. current performance levels and proposals and guidance information on improvement areas. You will be required to have a full UK driving licence, the hours are 35 per week but on occasion their can be varied and un-social hours (including evenings and weekends) therefore a flexible approach to working hours is required. | ||
